However, these trips can last more than <strong>10 to 20 hours<\/strong>, depending on your destination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I enjoy taking <strong>night buses<\/strong> for long distances. One piece of advice: make sure to be <strong>VERY well covered <\/strong>before getting on a night bus. You&#8217;ll need to agree on the price before getting into the taxi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I haven&#8217;t always had a good experience with<strong> Bogot\u00e1 taxis<\/strong>. Half of them try to scam you by raising the price for one reason or another. Plus, there are some rather concerning stories regarding safety.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>In Bogot\u00e1<\/strong>, I prefer using apps like <strong>UBER<\/strong> or
